The Spring Reset is a 9-day guided experience designed to help you transition out of winter and into the new season with more clarity, steadiness, and intention. It is guided by a seasonal framework that has been used for generations in Hindu and Vedic traditions.
Spring has traditionally been a time to reset as routines shift, energy changes, and there’s a natural inkling to clean up, simplify, and start fresh. In many households, this reset has been supported through a simple nine-day rhythm that allows space to clear out what feels heavy and settle into the new season more intentionally.
Over time, this rhythm became what many of us know as Navratri- something we may have observed through food changes, fasting, or prayer, without always being told why it was done or how it was meant to support a seasonal shift.
In this reset, we use that same nine-day rhythm as a practical guide for moving through spring with more awareness and intention without requiring prior knowledge or religious practice.
